ROBE HP Focus Group
Hello, my name is Dee and I am a registered midwife, midwifery lecturer, public health practitioner and author. Thank you for taking part in this focus group which is for anyone working as a healthcare service provider (including teachers, police, social workers etc.) with children and their parents, and you may take part anonymously if you wish. Your participation in this group will be used to inform the content for a learning package intended to help healthcare workers (from primary care and community based settings) to reduce childhood overweight and obesity. This is your opportunity to say what information you would like to learn, to share your successes in their aspect of healthcare and to discuss your challenges with other healthcare workers. There is another focus group for parents which you can also participate in if there is information you wish to share in your capacity as a parent and health service user.
